​From the same team as Château La Rame , La Caussade is produced from slightly younger Semillon vines , with fermentation and maturation in stainless steel        . As a result , this has a cooler edge to it , with  freshness on the  palate and lifted herbal notes to finish . The sweetness is not overpowering and a perfect match for the acidity.More of a food/aperitif wine than for desserts .Drink 2020-2025 Alcohol :13 % Decanter january 2021
