Work in the vineyard

We strive to respect the vine and to accompany it throughout its vegetative cycle. For this, we must be vigilant, it is a daily work. By respecting the vine and its ecosystem, associated with our wonderful terroirs, we obtain authentic wines from it. All the work in the vineyard is done manually: pruning, leaf removal, disbudding, trellising etc...

Work in the cellar

The work of the cellar is as important as that of the vineyard because it is in this place that the product of a careful and authentic work is born.

We strive to improve our wines year after year. Through testing new barrel suppliers or different barrel toast.
All these reflections go through time of discussion in family by taking into account the opinion of each one.
